I’d say the burnout/ fatigue that sets in after repeated uphill struggles – juggling cashflow (if you’re lucky enough to have any!), finding, converting and retaining core team players – and needing SUPPORT – just to talk, bounce ideas around, hear a voice other than your own echoing in your head. And to know that no, you’re not mad, and yes, others have similar issues.

Which really matters more in making an idea an actual business plan, is it the content or the approach?

I have an idea that I’m working on and apparently i have to do a lot of home work on the User Interface part more than the idea itself!
