This is the place where I will comment longer than 140 characters, about issues that I am passionate about, issues that I am busy with, and issues that are of concern to me and the people that I hang out with… it is about entrepreneurship, aramex, ruwwad, csr and sustainability, sports, swimming, basketball, football (sometimes). Leadership, organization building, social change and development… private sector engagement and activism, and so much more… I will share stories, experiences, and comment on events… post articles of interest, and books that are worth reading… your comments are welcome and your ideas are even more welcome… thank you for visiting me and sharing this space with me…

Glad that you opened a blog. Waiting for your inspirational blog posts. I still remember your inspirational talk at ArabNetME 2010.

Best of luck with blogging! It is great fun! Welcome to the world of serious self-censorship:-) I am sure your insights will add a lot of vlaue to the many young admirers who look up to you as a role model.
Fadi
What is your top-priority objective in life ? the cause of existence if you like and the justification for all what you are doing ?
What is the thing that makes you really tick in this life and ignites your motivation/enthusiasm for the things you choose to do ?
Best wishes !

sure you can.
I would highly recommend a book for corporate reading. 7 habits of highly effective people by Steven Covey. Paradigm shift was on thing that was really thought provoking. It talks about our perception and behaviorial patterns. Can apply the same in case of customer service, where empathy plays a vital role.
Took me time to read the whole article, the article is great but the comments bring more brainstorm ideas, thanks.
